Hyderabad: Some passeng-ers of a Kurnool-Chennai IndiGo flight had to be redirected to the Hyderabad airport, after the aircraft developed a glitch. The incident took place on October 26.
According to airline sources, 6E 7616 that was scheduled to take off from Kurnool at 2.45 pm had to be cancelledowing to a snag.
“Passengers on board were given the option to be accommodated on a different flight or seek refund.Since the next flight to Chennai was from Hyderabad airport, those who took the first option were driven down to RGIA,” said an airline representative.
