NEW DELHI: Power supply to Deen Dayal Upadhyay College was cut by authorities on Monday after the college administration failed to clear dues.
Senior college officials told TOI that Rs 65 lakh was pending towards the electricity bill.
The college, funded by the Delhi government, is one of 12 institutions reeling under financial crisis due to a delay in the release of government grants.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, a senior college official said: “The electricity was first disconnected around noon.
