With the winter making its presence felt in the Valley, the south Kashmir region is already reeling under power cuts even as the examinations for various classes have been announced amid the ongoing lockdown.
People from many areas in south Kashmir have been complaining that they have not been getting adequate power supply and to make things worse, the power supply remains very erratic.
