Jet Airways has told the exchanges that the consolidated report of the e-voting at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) would be provided by Saturday evening. This follows speculation on the delay in reporting to the stock exchanges, since the EGM ended before 5 p.m. on Thursday.
The EGM was convened to take shareholders’ approval for a bank-led provisional resolution plan (BLPRP) for the airline.
As communicated to shareholders during the EGM and information sent to the stock exchanges, the consolidated report of the remote e-voting and poll taken shall be available on or before 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2019, and the same would be posted on the company’s website and intimated to the stock exchanges as per requirements, a Jet Airways spokesperson said.
