MUMBAI: A government helicopter carrying CM Eknath Shinde to Satara from the city returned to land at Juhu because of bad weather on Thursday, said an official of the DGCA.
The Airbus Helicopters chopper was 10 minutes from Dare village in Satara, where it was scheduled to land, when the twin-engine copter was turned back due to inclement weather, said sources.
The chopper took off again for Satara at 3.30pm when weather conditions improved, said the DGCA official.
