For the first time, the details of Kochhar Entry Companies’ are revealed. Also Kochhars created two companies of the same name – Credential Finance Limited – to dupe their creditors. They had access to huge unsecured loans with little and even negligible paid up capital. These Kochhar investigations are new evidences about Kochhar companies, other than NuPower.
