World’s Best Airports: 13 turned out to be unlucky for Singapore’s Changi airport, which with its Jewel’s Canopy Park, larger-than-life art pieces and high-end luxe brands among other attractions had won the Skytrax World Airport Awards for the 12th time last year.
The prestigious Skytrax World Airport Awards, often dubbed the Oscars of the airport industry, have long been dominated by a tight race between Singapore Changi, one of the busiest passenger hubs for south east Asia, and Doha’s Hamad International Airport.
