Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has expanded its WhatsApp-based ticketing system, a press release said on October 5.
It was first launched on the Airport Express Line in June. DMRC has now extended this service to all lines in Delhi-NCR, as well as the Gurugram Rapid Metro in collaboration with Meta and their authorized partner, Pelocal Fintech Pvt. Ltd.
