BENGALURU: A day after TOI reported about Vietnamese low-cost carrier VietJet Air selling tickets despite having no flight operations from Bengaluru and many passengers from the city losing their ticket money, the airline representatives on Thursday said that they are offering a refund to all affected travellers.
An official statement from the Vietnamese airline said, “Due to operational reasons, VietJet announced the cancellation of all its flights from Bengaluru and Hyderabad since October 8, 2022. Passengers affected by the changes were notified via email or phone registered in their bookings.
