Cramped with vehicles, the 1.8-km stretch of circular road from Hotel Holiday Home to Victory Tunnel, lifeline of Shimla city, is the worst traffic bottleneck in the city. Frequent traffic jams make driving a daunting task. The volume of traffic is so heavy that pedestrian dread to use the track.
