CHENNAI: Southern Railway has changed the schedule of the Velankanni-Tambaram festival special train for the convenience of passengers.
According to an official release, No 06004 special train will leave Velankanni at 10.15pm on August 29 (Tuesday) and reach Tambaram at 6.10am the next day.
This train will reach Tambaram via Nagapattinam, Mayiladurai, Cuddalore, Villupuram and Chengalpet.
However, there is no change in the timings of No 06003 Tambaram – Velankanni special. This train will leave Tambaram at 9pm on August 28 (Monday) and reach Velankanni at 4.30am the next day.
