Two more injured in the Uri LPG cylinder blast succumbed at SKIMS hospital in Srinagar on Monday, taking the toll in the incident to four. On Sunday, mother and daughter who had suffered burns in the incident had died at the hospital.
Confirming two more deaths an official said the deceased were sisters. “All the injured were brought with around 70 percent burn injuries. They were provided best available treatment. However, two of them succumbed on Sunday while two on Monday morning” said Dr Farooq Jan, Medical Superintendent, SKIMS Srinagar.
