Hyderabad: Power transmission losses suffered by Telangana remains at 2.47 per cent, which is one of the lowest in the country and the state is maintaining the highest transmission availability at an envious 99.98 per cent.
This was stated in the Legislative Assembly by energy minister G. Jagadish Reddy on Monday. He said that transmission and distribution (T&D) losses in the state have come down to 11.46 per cent from 16.06 per cent when the state was created.
