The Supreme Court has provided partial relief to SpiceJet as it stayed the Madras High Court order for initiating winding up proceedings against the airline for three weeks.
A division bench of the Madras High Court had upheld a single judge bench order on winding up of the airline and directed the official liquidator to take over the assets.
