Indian budget carrier SpiceJet’s managing director, Ajay Singh, and Busy Bee Airways have submitted a bid for the bankrupt Indian airlines Go First. In a press release from today, SpiceJet said that Singh has submitted the bid in his personal capacity along with Busy Bee Airways.
What did SpiceJet say?
The press release announced SpiceJet’s role as the operational partner for the upcoming airline, offering staffing and services. This partnership is expected to create synergies between the two airlines, resulting in enhanced cost management, increased revenue, and a fortified market presence in the Indian aviation sector, the release said.
