Spicejet and aircraft lessor Celestial Aviation Services Ltd informed the National Company Law Tribunal Tuesday that both parties are in the advanced stages of settlement.
Celestial Aviation Services Ltd had approached the tribunal to initiate insolvency proceedings against the low-cost airline for a default of $29.9 million for nine aircraft in August.
