PUNE: SpiceJet recently added Cambodia to its international cargo network. The airline operated two freighter flights carrying around 25 tons of critical medical supplies to Phnom Penh, its officials said.
The airline deployed its Boeing 737 freighter aircraft for the assignments and both flights departed for Cambodia from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
Ajay Singh, Chairman & Managing Director, SpiceJet, said, “We are happy to announce the commencement of our cargo operations to Cambodia. We operated two freighter flights carrying around 25 tons of medical supplies to Phnom Penh today. SpiceJet remains firmly committed and is proud to be part of this global war against COVID-19.”
