An influencer on social media has asserted that the “upma” and “poha” that IndiGo serves on flights contain more sodium than Maggi, despite the airline’s statement that the salt level of its pre-packaged goods is well within recommended limits. Revant Himatsingka, a.k.a. “Food Pharmer,” posted on social media that there is a startling video about food that IndiGo serves.
The majority of us already know that Maggi contains a lot of sodium! He stated in a post on X on Wednesday that most of (we) are unaware that Daal Chawal has the same amount of sodium as Maggi, Indigo’s Magic Upma has 50% more sodium than Maggi, and Indigo’s Poha has about 83% more sodium than Maggi. Additionally, he stated that just because “Upma,” “Poha,” and “Daal Chawal” sound healthy, it does not necessarily follow that they are.
