The civil aviation regulator on Tuesday directed Vistara to file daily reports on flight cancellations and delays, even as the Tata Group-operated airline scrambled to minimise the disruptions, which industry executives said was in part due to its revised contract for pilots.
Over the last few days, the airline has been swamped with complaints from upset customers and has also drawn a reprimand from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
