The Supreme Court on Monday issued a contempt notice to SpiceJet chairman and managing director Ajay Singh for failing to comply with the “in-principle commercial settlement” arrived at with Credit Suisse in the $24-million dispute last year.
The SC has asked Singh to respond to the contempt notice in four weeks.
