Jalandhar: The enforcement wing of the PSPCL has booked a dhaba owner for tampering meter reading. It had received information that certain employees of the PSPCL and outsourced billing company Sterling Transformers in connivance with a commercial consumer were concealing the meter reading. They put the suspected employees on surveillance and tracked their activities. The dhaba owner was manipulating his meter reading with the help of PSPCL and the outsourced company employees.
