The main road leading to the girls’ hostel of Himachal Pradesh University, namely Renuka and Gargi hostels, is full of potholes. The road got damaged within a year of being metalled. The potholes and cracked pavements pose a threat to commuters, and vehicles plying on the road are often damaged due to bumpy rides. The HPU authorities have become a mere spectator and no steps have been taken to repair the road.
