The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has approved a budget of Rs 699.19 crore for the enhancement of a segment of National Highway 58 in Gujarat’s Palanpur, PTI reported. NH-58 serves as a crucial link between Gujarat and Rajasthan, facilitating access to destinations like Ambaji Temple, Udaipur, Polo Forest and various historical sites.
This funding will be utilised for the improvement of the Khokhra Gujarat Border – Vijayanagar – Antarsuba – Mathasur road section of NH-58, as stated in an official announcement.
