Anil Ambani Group’s Reliance Infrastructure NSE 1.83 % (R-Infra), has filed an international arbitration claim of ₹13,400 crore ($1.7 billion) against Adani Transmission NSE -0.34 % before the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration.
In a regulatory filing on September 9, Reliance NSE 1.28 % Infrastructure said the arbitration claim is over what is described as the breach of terms of its December 2017 share purchase agreement with Adani Transmission related to the transfer of its Mumbai power distribution business.
