Good news for rail passengers! redRail, the rail ticketing platform from redBus, has revolutionised rail travel by integrating ‘Rail Information Services’ to its WhatsApp Railbot. The move will enable the passengers to effortlessly access real-time train information. This will benefit the travellers in view of the ongoing festive and upcoming winter season.
In a statement, Prakash Sangam, CEO, redBus said, “This unique initiative positions redRail as a leader in customer service and accessibility, given that many of the rail passengers are not necessarily digitally savvy, but do use Whatsapp extensively.”
