Indian Railways has launched “North East Discovery” tour in partnership with IRCTC for promoting the lesser-traveled regions of North Eastern India. The train under the Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist train service will start its journey from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station on November 16.
Over the course of 15 days, the train will cover various destinations in the North East, including Guwahati, Sivasagar, Jorhat, and Kaziranga in Assam, Unakoti, Agartala, and Udaipur in Tripura, Dimapur and Kohima in Nagaland, as well as Shillong and Cherrapunji in Meghalaya.
