The Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited bids to develop a residential plot of about 2.3 acres at Strachey Road Colony, Liluah, near Howrah Railway Station.
A pre-bid meeting for the plot — to be available on a lease of 99 years — held last month received good response with several state- and local-level developers expressing interest in the project.
The last date for e-bid submission through the online mode is March 30, 2022.
The RLDA has set a reserve price of Rs 29.58 crore for the lease and has proposed a built-up area of approximately 20,925 square meters with floor space index (FSI) of 2.25 for the complete plot.
