The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited request for proposals (RFP) for the development and leasing of nine multifunctional complexes in West Bengal, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab for 45 years.
The nine plots are spread over 372 square metres to 2,350 square metres and are located in various districts. The multifunctional complexes (MFCs) are located near the respective station complexes and are part of the railway stations’ circulating area.
