On the directions of the Head, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), the Zonal PSPCL officials have started organising camps for the farmers for extending their submersible motor load connections.
After organising around 55 camps in the Doaba region, the PSPCL has recovered Rs 42,92,822 from extending the load of over 435 connections. The zonal PSPCL spokesperson stated that the awareness camps were organised from July 13 at several villages in the region and at 17 camps were organised today in the Nawanshahar circle. As many as 150 consumers turned up for extending the motor load.
