In our June issue we had exposed how the Noida Authority allotted one lakh sqm of an Industrial Plot No. 1 at sector 90 in Noida to an ineligible firm CBS for the development of IT/ITES Park, which in turn sold it to Bhutani Group. And, instead of IT/IES Park, commercial properties are being developed on this plot.
