The dream to get piped gas in every kitchen will be realised soon as people of the State Capital and four other towns of the State will soon get benefit of cheaper gas through Pipeline Natural Gas (PNG) under Urja Ganga Gas Pipeline Project launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in October, 2016.
Work of gas pipeline to connect with a total of 3000 households in Ranchi and 2000 households in Jamshedpur is almost completed.
Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) Executive Director, KB Singh said that almost all the work have been completed to provide piped gas into kitchens of around 3,000 households in the State Capital.
