Palamu MP Vishnu Dayal Ram today commissioned the Rs 2.5 crore worth power sub station at Gandhipur under the Chainpur block in Palamu district. Amongst the august presence were the local BJP MLA Alok Chourasia and senior BJP leaders and Zila Parishad members namely Pramod Singh, Vibhakar Narain Pandey, Ram Lou Chourasia, Bheem Chourasia, Faizal Ahmad Zila Parishad member etc.
The executive engineer electricity Daltonganj division Shambhu Nath Chowdhury who was present in the commissioning ceremony said “The Tata Power Ltd has built it. This power sub station was a long overdue.”
