The dangling power cables in various parts of the city are posing a risk to many. People can lose their lives if they come in contact with these wires. Several cases have been reported in the past also. But the authorities concerned have failed to wake up from a deep slumber. Even animals and birds are at the highest level of risk. For the problem of hanging wires, the guilty must be punished. This amount of negligence must be punished.
