Omega Seiki has entered into a strategic partnership with ReadyAssist to introduce an extensive roadside assistance program for its three-wheelers to deliver a seamless and reliable customer experience.
ReadyAssist’s Roadside Assistance (RSA) program will cover all deployed OSM vehicles focusing on prompt emergency assistance, after-sales support and the overall reliability of its electric three-wheelers in the first year.
During the second year, a retail subscription plan will be introduced, granting access to the ReadyAssist RSA for all existing Omega Seiki vehicles.
In addition to roadside assistance, ReadyAssist will extend support for hub movements through towing services based on ad-hoc orders, following a Garage-to-Garage (G2G) model.

Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) also runs Company Owned, Company Operated (COCO) Service Centers for direct control and quality adherence. Nationwide, all dealerships have comprehensive service setups, supported by a proactive on-ground service team of 70 individuals.
