MUMBAI: The Mumbai office of the ministry of corporate affairs will soon submit its report on alleged irregularities found in the functioning of Deepak Kochhar owned NuPower Renewables (NRL) and VN Dhoot’s Videocon IndustriesNSE 5.00 %, people aware of the development told ET.
The agency found over a dozen violations under the Companies Act and is finalising its recommendations, the people said. However, Dhoot denied that there were any major irregularities.
Kochhar and Dhoot are being investigated for a quid-pro-quo arrangement in connection with loans granted by ICICI BankNSE 1.91 % to Videocon.
