NTPC Pakri Barwadih Coal Mining Project has been making significant contributions in community development work for the last many years.Under the community development works, all the basic structures around the project like construction of roads, provision of drinking water, help as per the demand of villagers during festivals and festivals are playing an important role in promoting skill development which is considered most important.The result of this is that for the last several years, hundreds of children have been taking training at the Mining and Industrial Training Center located at Dhenga and are getting jobs in many big companies of the country.
