NTPC Coal Mining Project of Keredari area celebrated 6th Coal Mining Day at its Sikri, Garikala office on Tuesday. NTPC has been celebrating 7th December every year as Coal Mining Day since 2016. On this day the first extraction of coal from NTPC’s first captive mining project, Pakri Barwadih Coal Mining Project (PBCMP) took place. On this occasion, Project Head SK Sinha while addressing all the executives and employees congratulated all the employees of NTPC Coal Mining on the 6th anniversary of Coal Mining Day. Project Head Sinha along with all the executives and officers hoisted the flag. CISF jawans also honored SK Sinha with a guard of honor.
