NEW DELHI: Delhi government has allowed registration of all BS-VI-compliant diesel vehicles for interstate stage carriage in the national capital. This will pave the way for the registration of BS-VI buses in the city.
On July 24, the Supreme Court had modified its order to pave way for the registration of all BS-VI-compliant diesel vehicles in Delhi, irrespective of their requirement for the G20 Summit.
Citing the judgment, the transport department order allowed the registration of all BS-VI-compliant diesel vehicles in Delhi for interstate stage carriage, all-India tourist permit holders having a capacity of more than 7+1 people, coaches, buses.
