Bengaluru: The police commissioner has declared a ‘temporary no-fly zone’ within 1km radius of Hotel Taj West End on the eve of the G-20 4th digital economy working group and digital economy ministers’ meetings from August 16-20.Flying of drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), glider aircraft, all small and non-scheduled aircraft will be prohibited in the no-fly zone from 9am on August 15 to 2pm, August 20. Top cop B Dayananda said foreign delegates, VVIPs and other dignitaries are expected to participate in the event and will be staying at the hotel. As part of their safety, a no-fly zone and prohibitory orders have been clamped. tnn
