Ahead of the reopening of strategic Srinagar-Leh highway, authorities on Thursday refuted rumours of any orders to ban civilian traffic movement during convoy movement on this road.
The Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Hashmat Ali Khan, while talking to Greater Kashmir said, “Neither have we received any such orders from the government to ban civilian traffic movement during convoy movement nor any such orders have been issued by the district administration.”
