Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) president Kuldeep Rathore has alleged that the BJP has deceived thousands of people affected by the Pathankot-Mandi highway widening project in Kangra district.
The party in its vision document released before the 2017 Assembly elections had promised four-time compensation for the land to be acquired for the project.
