MUMBAI: The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Thursday allowed the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to reopen the books of CG Power & Industrial Solutions and its subsidiaries for five years through fiscal 2019 and recast the accounts.
The Mumbai bench presided over by judicial member Bhaskara Pantula Mohan and technical member Rajesh Sharma said based on the findings of investigation agencies, there was a case to reopen the accounts.
