Go First’s aircraft lessor Jackson Square Aviation Ltd was granted inspection rights by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Thursday.
The aircraft lessor had filed an application with the appellate tribunal seeking the same rights that was granted to engine lessor Engine Lease Finance BV.
