The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal on Thursday allowed aircraft lessor Bluesky 19 Leasing Company to inspect the planes it has leased to Go First, which is under insolvency proceedings.
It is the third Go First lessor to get relief from the appellate tribunal after similar rights were granted to engine lessor Engine Lease Finance BV and aircraft lessor Jackson Square Aviation Ireland.
