Thane: The state government will construct temporary truck termini at six spots along the fringes of Thane, Raigad and Palghar to regulate the movement of heavy vehicles in the Lake City, urban development minister Eknath Shinde, said on Thursday. Shinde made the announcement following a survey and finalising stretches of vacant government land in Uran, JNPT, Kharegaon, Sonale, Dapodi and Dapcheri in Palghar on Thursday.
