MUMBAI: The state power distribution company, MSEDCL, has won six national awards for rooftop solar power generation at the Renewable Energy Festival organized by All India Renewable Energy Association in Goa.
MSEDCL director Prasad Reshme accepted the award in the presence of Goa chief minister Pramod Sawant for setting up the largest domestic solar power generation project in the country.
MSEDCL managing director Lokesh Chandra said, “The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy of the Union Government had set a two year target of generating 100 MW of power generation capacity through rooftop solar by January 2024. With efforts from our teams across the state,
