BJP Lok Sabha member from the Jammu-Poonch seat Jugal Kishore Sharma is “unhappy” with the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) for its failure to construct a vital road to the Pargwal sector on the International Border with Pakistan.
Sharma, who won from the Jammu seat for second consecutive time, vent his anger against the BRO at a public rally in a border village in Samba district on Saturday. The rally was also addressed by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Addressing the gathering before Rajnath Singh, Sharma slammed the BRO for not repairing a stretch of 12-km road from Jourian to Pargwal village in Akhnoor, which comes under the BRO.
