Mumbai: A 29-year-old government employee was molested and pushed out of the moving Udyan Express at Dadar station on Sunday night, when she tried to resist a man who had snatched her bag. She landed on the platform and suffered multiple bruises.
The GRP arrested the accused, Manoj Chaudhary, on Monday, reports Nitasha Natu.
Police said Chaudhary used to work as a watchman at Hadapsar in Pune. But as he hadn’t been paid for the past three months, he quit the job and came to Mumbai a few days ago.
