Several trains will be cancelled, short terminated or partially cancelled due to the work on the route between Vangaon and Dahanu Road stations in Maharashtra’s Palghar district Sunday, Western Railway has announced. Some trains will be provided additional halt for the benefit of passengers, it added.
The block carried out for work on permanent diversions on bridge numbers 166 and 169 will be taken up from 6.30 am to 2.30 pm on Down main line and from 8.15 am to 9.15 am on Up mail line, the Western Railway release added.
The fully cancelled trains include 12935 Bandra Terminus-Surat Express, 19015 Mumbai Central-Porbandar Saurashtra Express, Surat-Bandra Terminus Express, Porbandar-Mumbai Central Saurashtra Express and some MEMU and suburban trains.
