Kolkata: The Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) has commenced repairs on the damaged sections of the Maa flyover carriageway, focusing initially on the most damaged eastbound arm that connects with AJC Bose Flyover.
The authorities have got permission from Kolkata Traffic Police for a consecutive four night traffic closure on Maa Flyover from midnight to 4am, starting Tuesday.
“Only the link ramps were shut for traffic,” said an officer from the East Guard.
